Bistro Madame in Lille: fast food and grocery concept store

Guillaume Da Silva Architectures Intérieurs designed Bistro Madame, a fast-food and takeaway concept store located in the heart of Lille, on Rue Nationale. The interior design blends grocery and restaurant spaces, offering a unique and warm visual experience.

The grocery store stands out for its shelves lined with colorful, vintage floral motifs, while the dining area invites conviviality thanks to an abundance of feminine materials and textures. Dark lacquered wood mouldings are randomly arranged along the bar, while an elegant Italian marble worktop adorns the preparation area and cash register. In the sales area, a carpet of mismatched cement tiles, sourced from local 1930s homes, adds an authentic, retro touch. A long, comfortable banquette structures the dining area, accompanied by multiple lampshades in a variety of shapes and fabrics, reinforcing the unique, warm atmosphere of the place.
